R410a refrigerant has replaced the older generation R22 gas and is widely used in residential and central air conditioning systems. Known as an air conditioning gas, R410a is non-flammable and causes less environmental harm compared to R22. With a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 2088, R410a refrigerant is commonly used in modern air conditioning systems. This gas is also widely used in heat pump applications.
Applications
R410a refrigerant offers a wide range of applications, including residential air conditioners and central air conditioning systems. Unlike some new-generation refrigerants, R410a is non-flammable; however, it is gradually being replaced by newer refrigerants such as R32.
Is R410a a Blend or a Pure Gas?
R410a does not belong to the group of pure gases. It consists of a mixture of 50% R125 and 50% R32. Since R410a is a blended refrigerant, it must always be transferred into the system in liquid form to prevent fractionation of the mixture.
Storage Methods
As YIL TECHNIK, we supply R410a refrigerant in various storage formats. R410a is packaged by our company in 12-liter cylinders (Net 10 KG), 61-liter cylinders (Net 45 KG), 1000-liter tanks (Net 750 KG), and 22,000-liter tanks (20,000 KG). For 12-liter cylinders, we offer both dip tube and non-dip tube options. In cylinders without a dip tube, the cylinder must be inverted when charging liquid R410a into the system. In cylinders with a dip tube, liquid charging can be carried out while the cylinder is in an upright position.
