📦 YIL TECHNIK – SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time

Your orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Additional processing time may be required for out-of-stock or special-order items. In such cases, we will contact you.


2. Shipping Time & Charges

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country.

Domestic Shipping (Turkey)

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping cost: Automatically calculated at checkout

International Shipping

  • Delivery time: 3–15 business days (varies by country, distance, and customs workload)

  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Note:
International deliveries may be delayed due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other logistical factors.


3. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment in real time.


4. Customs, Taxes & Import Fees

All additional fees that may arise in international shipments are the responsibility of the customer, including:

  • Customs duties

  • VAT

  • Import taxes

  • Storage/handling fees

YIL TECHNIK is not responsible for these charges.
Delays caused by customs processing are not included in the estimated delivery times.


5. Shipping Delays

YIL TECHNIK is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Possible delay reasons include:

  • Customs congestion

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Strikes or logistics disruptions


6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • If the package has not been accepted: Ask the courier to create a damage report and return the package.

  • If the package has been accepted: Notify us within 24 hours with photos and/or videos of the damage.

After evaluation, the product may be replaced free of charge or a refund may be issued.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the customer and:

  • The package cannot be delivered

  • The package is returned

  • Additional shipping charges occur

all related costs and responsibilities belong to the customer.

Please ensure your address details are correct during checkout.


8. “Delivered” but Not Received Packages

If the carrier marks the package as “delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors, building staff, or reception

  • Then contact us

YIL TECHNIK cannot be held responsible for such cases, but we will assist you in investigating the issue.


9. Shipping Carriers

YIL TECHNIK may ship orders using the following carriers:

  • DHL

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Aramex

  • PTT

  • Yurtiçi Kargo

  • MNG Kargo

  • Aras Kargo

  • Sürat Kargo

The carrier is selected automatically based on the destination address and product type.
