CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY – YIL TECHNIK / Online Store

14-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 (fifteen) days from the invoice date.

Our return policy covers standard customer satisfaction processes, manufacturer warranty issues, defective items, and incorrect shipments.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, YIL TECHNIK will provide you with a return shipping label at no cost.
For returns due to customer remorse, incorrect ordering, or change of mind, the return shipping cost and all associated responsibilities lie with the customer.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive your goods.

Prior Notice of Intent

If you wish to cancel or return your order, you must notify YIL TECHNIK within the applicable cancellation period by phone, email, or written communication, expressing your intention to cancel and/or return the goods.

Return requests are valid for 14 days from the invoice date.
To ensure fast processing, you must contact us before sending the product back.

Once your request is received and approved, you will be provided with a Return Authorization and further instructions.

Please ensure that all correspondence includes your invoice number.
Returned products must be in resalable condition.

Customer-Initiated Returns

If you wish to return a product due to incorrect ordering, change of mind, or customer remorse:

  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

  • The item must be shipped using a tracked and insured method.

  • If the item is lost during transit, YIL TECHNIK will only review the refund request if you provide official proof of delivery from the courier service.

  • Once the product is received, any applicable delivery charges will be deducted before issuing a refund.

Delivery fees paid at the time of the original purchase are non-refundable, as this service is performed when the order is placed.

Orders that have already been processed and/or shipped cannot be cancelled; instead, they must be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Once returned items arrive at our facility, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.

Special Conditions

  • All return shipping costs for correctly supplied goods are the responsibility of the customer.

  • YIL TECHNIK is not responsible for shipping or insurance costs related to returns.

  • Products that have been installed, mounted, tested, or used may be refused for a full or partial refund.

  • Electronic components that have been previously fitted for testing, diagnosis, or installation purposes are considered used and are not eligible for full refunds.

  • Returns requested after 14 days from the invoice date are accepted solely at YIL TECHNIK’s discretion.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Consumers (non-business customers) are protected under applicable distance selling regulations.
