Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the regulations of the destination country. These charges are determined and collected by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

YIL TECHNIK has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount in advance. In order for the order to be delivered, any applicable customs fees must be paid by the customer.

How Does the Process Work?

Your order is shipped from our warehouse in Manisa, Türkiye, through our trusted international courier partners.

Once the package arrives in the destination country, it will be assessed by the local customs authorities.

If import duties, VAT, or customs charges apply, the carrier will contact you directly and provide payment instructions.

After the required customs charges have been paid, the shipment will be released and scheduled for final delivery.

Estimated Import Taxes & Duties

The rates below are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on your country, local regulations, product classification, and order value. Final charges are always determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.

• European Union (EU): Approximately 20–25% (VAT plus any applicable customs duties)
• United Kingdom (UK): Approximately 20% VAT, plus customs duties depending on the order value and product category
• United States (USA): Orders under USD 800 are generally exempt from import duties; orders above this threshold may be subject to customs charges
• Other Countries: Please review your country's import regulations and customs policies before placing an order

Estimated Delivery Time

International shipments are typically delivered within 7–12 business days, including customs clearance procedures.

Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, public holidays, or periods of increased customs processing activity.

This does not apply to orders within Turkey. All orders shipped to addresses in Turkey are dispatched from our warehouse in Manisa, and no customs or import fees are applied to domestic shipments.
