Applications
R407c refrigerant is widely used in air conditioning systems, central systems, and chillers. It is especially preferred in chiller systems and is non-flammable. R407c, which is commonly used in air conditioning applications, is gradually being replaced by new-generation refrigerants. These new-generation gases, unlike R407c, are flammable but more environmentally friendly.
Is R407c a Blend or a Pure Gas?
R407c is a blended refrigerant. This refrigerant consists of a mixture of R32, R125, and R134a; it is composed of 25% R125, 23% R32, and 52% R134a. Since R407c is a blended gas, it must always be transferred into the system in liquid form to prevent fractionation of the mixture.
Storage Methods
As YIL TECHNIK, we supply R407c refrigerant in various storage formats. R407c is packaged by our company in 12-liter cylinders (Net 10 KG), 61-liter cylinders (55 KG), 1000-liter tanks (Net 820 KG), and 22,000-liter tanks (20,000 KG). For 12-liter cylinders, we offer both dip tube and non-dip tube options. In cylinders without a dip tube, the cylinder must be inverted when charging liquid R407c into the system. In cylinders with a dip tube, liquid charging can be performed while the cylinder is in an upright position. The directional markings on dip tube cylinders should be carefully checked before use.
