As tax regulations differ from country to country and may change over time, we kindly recommend that buyers check their local customs and tax rules before placing an order. Unfortunately, the seller has no authority to intervene in, modify, reduce, or exempt these charges.

If the buyer refuses to pay the applicable customs duties or official charges and the shipment is returned to us as a result, all shipping, handling, return, and related costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

Local Handling & Service Fees

In some countries, additional fees may be requested by local authorities or courier companies, such as:

  • Customs handling fees
  • Brokerage or clearance charges
  • Storage or administrative fees

These local service charges are not included in the product price and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Items

If the item arrives damaged, the buyer must request an official damage report from the courier at the time of delivery.

Returns for damaged items will not be accepted without a courier-issued damage report.

Accepted Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged item (with official courier damage report)
  • Defective item
  • Seller error

Returns outside these conditions cannot be accepted.

If the Buyer Ordered the Wrong Item

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
  • The return shipment must be insured
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

Returns are processed only after the item is received and inspected.

Refund Terms

When a return is approved, any customs, handling, logistics, or processing costs incurred in Türkiye during the return process will be deducted from the refund amount.

Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

Once approved, the remaining refundable amount will be issued within 7 days.

Return Request Period

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
