CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY – YIL TECHNIK
1. Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind / Incorrect Order / Customer Remorse)
If you wish to return a product due to customer remorse, incorrect ordering, or a change of mind, all return shipping costs and responsibilities belong to the customer.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days starting from the day after you receive your goods.
This applies to consumer customers under applicable distance-selling regulations.
3. Prior Notice of Intent
To cancel or return your order, you must notify YIL TECHNIK within the relevant cancellation period via:

Your message must clearly express your intention to cancel and/or return the goods.
Return requests are valid for 14 days from the invoice date.
To ensure fast and accurate processing, you must contact us before sending any product back.
Once your request is approved, you will receive:

A Return Authorization (RMA)

Instructions on how to return your item
All correspondence must include your invoice number.
Returned products must be unused and in resalable condition.
4. Customer-Initiated Return Conditions
If you are returning the item due to incorrect ordering, a change of mind, or customer remorse:

Return shipping costs must be fully covered by the customer.

Items must be returned using a tracked and insured shipping method.

If the item is lost during transit, YIL TECHNIK will only evaluate your refund claim upon receiving official proof of delivery from the courier.
Once the product is received:

Any initial shipping charges will be deducted.

Delivery fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, as the service is completed at the time of purchase.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled; they must be returned after delivery.
We will process refunds as quickly as possible after the returned product arrives at our facility.

6. Special Conditions

Return shipping costs for correctly supplied items are the responsibility of the customer.

YIL TECHNIK is not responsible for any shipping or insurance expenses associated with returns.

Installed, mounted, tested, or used products may be rejected for a full or partial refund.

Electronic parts that have been installed for testing or diagnosis are considered used and not eligible for full refunds.

Any return requested after 14 days from the invoice date will be accepted only at YIL TECHNIK’s discretion.
These conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
